Do I have to have a gym membership?
No. I happen to love the gym and the atmosphere! But, the single biggest breakthrough in this program is changing who YOU ARE. It’s giving you the tools to change how you view your body and your identity so that you can create the physical transformation you desire. You can absolutely work out at home or on the road. We cover both in-gym workouts and workouts at home or on-the-go in this program.
What if I don’t necessarily NEED to lose much weight, but REALLY need the mindset part? Would this program still be for me?
Absolutely YES!!! The BIGGEST and MOST important part of this program and the MAIN reason I created it was the MINDSET. When you address the thoughts and false beliefs you have of yourself and begin to rewrite the TRUTH, it will pour into EVERY area of your life!
What if I have injuries or physical limitations right now, should I still join?
100% yes! Here’s why -- this program starts by rewriting the script in your own mind of who you are, what you are capable of, and where you are going. If you’re recovering from an injury, surgery, or other condition, this portion of the program will give you the BEST possible mental framework for a quick and full recovery. We have had several clients go through our program with injuries and they have said it was great to recover and watch my videos to help them deal with what was going on in their head.
What about food choices? Will this work for me if I have dietary restrictions, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.?
This is NOT a diet program that is focused on one way to eat. I give you the tools to know how much you should be eating for your SPECIFIC body type and of what major food categories in order to burn fat and build muscle. You will also have a much better understanding of how to eat quality food, how to understand what ingredients are in processed foods, how to shop, how to prepare food, and foods to avoid that are harmful to you. You CHOOSE what to eat based on your dietary restrictions and preferences.
